To Our Valued Clients:

In order to limit potential exposure of our clients to the COVID 19 virus and comply with government rules and recommendations, we will need to make some changes in how we handle appointments, prescription refills and so on. This will allow us to limit contact between clients and give us time to more thoroughly clean our facilities between clients and appointments: For those clients who have an appointment for their pet(s), we request that you call the clinic (503-371-1988) from your car when you arrive at the clinic to let us know that you are here. We will then advise you as to how to proceed. If you can’t call from your car, please knock on the front door before entering and wait for one of our staff members to let you know how to proceed. Also, we request that you please call our office before coming in to get any medications, prescription foods or other supplies. We will then advise you as to when those items will be ready for pickup and then again ask you to call when you arrive at the clinic or knock on the front door before entering the clinic.

Due to orders from Governor Kate Brown, we must require that any visitors who enter the clinic wear a mask, face shield or face coverings (with rare exceptions).

These are certainly stressful and unprecedented times, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we all work through this together. Please stay safe!
